We process and ship orders within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. FIG Beauty and Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
